This program is keen to develop the students' ability to solve the administrative problems using information technology as well as their ability to re-design the administrative processes at institutions to be more effective and efficient. In addition ,It aims to : graduate skilled specialists in the fields of computer and programming in the area of the administrative sciences, analyze and design of systems and databases and manage the program development information centers.

 Moreover, this specialization integrates  the solutions provided by information technology and  the administrative processes for the implementation of various projects. The specialists in this field focus on the information provided by computers to assist  the programs, projects and administrative processes in determining the organization's objectives for the application and development of information technology and its use in all administrative work.

 And since the specialist in the field of information systems acts as a link between the different administrative levels and the specialists in the technical aspects, it is necessary that he or she  should have the sufficient communication skills to be able to deal with people of different levels and specializations.
